Refund policy

Please keep in mind that you are supporting a small business who produce garments in small batches. We do not sell our products elsewhere, but here and a few small business owned (fitness) studios. You are purchasing quality and sustainably produced uniquely designed pieces that won’t be found elsewhere, therefore rare. We thank you for your patronage and partaking in our advocacy towards a better world.

We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you are not completely in love with your recent GIRL ON FIRE ARTWEAR purchase, please return the item(s) within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and must not be worn, altered, or washed. Merchandise must have all tags attached. GIRL ON FIRE ARTWEAR will gladly accept returns on unworn swimwear if it is in its original condition and all tags and packaging are intact.

"Made to orders” (some preorders are considered “made to order”) and sale/discounted (20% off & above, including wholesale) items are not eligible to be returned or exchanged. For special returns approved by us, we may impose a restocking fee if we deem necessary. We inspect and record every item for defects before leaving our facility. Defective returns/exchanges will go through thorough inspection before a refund or store credit is issued. Due to the nature of the merchandise, all wellness products are also considered Final Sale and may not be returned, including but not limited to beauty, cosmetics, culinary, health and massage products.  Store credit is only good for 1 year (no exceptions).

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD will be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return. Returns can be processed within a 14-day timeline (21-day timeline for international), and your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 10 business days. You will be notified via email to the address linked on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from GIRL ON FIRE ARTWEAR.

We implemented a self-return/exchange into your account. If it is somehow not available nor visible please follow the instructions below.

WE OFFER FREE USA EXCHANGES – your order will have a pre-paid return label.  Please reuse the original packaging and attach the label provided and drop it to your local USPS or UPS. Write down what you'd like for an exchange or send an email to girlonfire@thehottestyogawear.com

For shipping back returns, please use the prepaid return label (domestic/USA only) provided with your order.  If you did not get one, please send an email to girlonfire@thehottestyogawear.com.  You will be charged $9.95 for the label which will be deducted from your refund.

***If it is your first time buying from us, you may return your (unworn, unaltered, with tags attached) final sale purchase within 14 days for an exchange or store credit only. You will be responsible for the cost to mail it back.***
